San Tropez walnut offers the perfect medium brown hue for a smooth and sophisticated floor. Slight variations of hazel to coffee tones supplement the unique wood patterns, giving the flooring an organic appeal. The planks' large 8.98-inch width showcases these designs while simultaneously providing a modern look. They feature subtle texturing to add interest and enhance the real-wood feel while maintaining a clean shine. 

These vinyl floors boast several features beyond what meets the eye. They are waterproof, making them the perfect option to span an entire floor space from the living room to the kitchen, bathroom, or laundry room. Also, the floors come attached with a high-performance cross-linked foam pad. This underlayment helps to dampen sound transfers and creates a softer surface to walk over. Not only that, but the floors are FloorScore-certified, meaning you can enjoy peace of mind with a widely recognized indoor air-quality certification.

The planks come with quick-click installation, making them ready to be placed without added messes. It's recommended to install them over a flat, clean, and dry subfloor for the best results.

Underlayment
QuietWalk Max & QuietWalk Versa  underlayments are recommended for use under Vinyl flooring. These quality underlayments helps smooth out minor subfloor imperfections, provide moisture protection over wood subfloors and have added insulation and sound control properties.

For installations over concrete QuietBoard underlayment is also recommended but have moisture limits and will require an 6 mil polyethylene moisture barrier.

The Eco Silencer Max is a substitute for a 6 mil poly.

This floor is waterproof, however, moisture intrusions from concrete via hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or plumbing leaks, along with high levels of alkalinity, can affect floor coverings over time.

Moisture can also be trapped below the flooring and create mildew or mold.
