The customer is responsible for determining the accuracy of all floor measurements supplied to LL. LL accepts no responsibility or liability for inaccurate measurements. LL only accepts responsibility for measurements or installations of products purchased from LL. Measurements purchased from LL can be expected to include reasonable estimates of the amount of flooring required utilizing LL products only and are not guaranteed to be accurate with any other product. The customer is responsible for verifying the product purchased is appropriate for the intended application before purchasing.

Please note product pricing and product availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until full payment is received and sales documents are executed. Inventory will only allocate if paid in full and within 90 days of receive by date.
Delivery Lead Times and Storage
Delivery Lead Times and Storage
All delivery times are estimates. LL cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that customers do not start the project or schedule installation until all products are received. LL reserves the right to charge a storage fee if the product is not picked up or delivered within one week of delivery to the store. We also reserve the right to cancel the order if it is not accepted for delivery after four months of being delivered to the store. Restocking fees apply.

Shipping charges are based on mileage and weight from the store as follows: Garage Delivery, 0-75 miles and less than 10,000 lbs. is $249; Inside Delivery for two rooms, 0-75 miles and less than 10,000 lbs. is $299. Deliveries beyond 75 miles from the store may incur additional third-party shipping charges.
A $39 per day storage fee will be assessed for all deliveries requested by the customer occurring more than one week after the initial call from the 3rd party carrier. Product will not be released until storage fee has been paid.

LL hires delivery services through vetted 3rd party carriers. LL does not oversee or manage the operations of these carriers. Each carrier establishes and enforces its own policies and practices.
Product Inspection
Product Inspection
Claims for shortage or damage must be reported upon receipt of product. The customer is responsible for conducting a final inspection. Claims for concealed damage (damage found after unpacking) must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Do not install any damaged or defective products. Once the product has been installed, it is considered accepted. Slight variations in color/texture between the product, samples and displays are possible and are not considered defects. Natural wood and stained products will have varying degrees of light and dark tones, highlighting the natural characteristics of the wood, including the appearance of wood grain. Variations are to be expected, and returns are not permitted for this reason.
Installation Service
Installation Service
Installation of flooring, related materials, and accessory items, as indicated on sales orders, may be provided by Lumber Liquidators directly or through third-party partners. Upon customer request and if specified in the sales order, the service may also include the removal of existing similar products (demo). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the subfloor is in acceptable condition for installation of the flooring. Unforeseen circumstances during the installation may necessitate adjustments to the scope of work. Customer is responsible for the cost of additional services. Additional services must be authorized through a change order to the sales order.
Please note that installation and demo services do not include any additional site-specific services necessary and directly related to installation or demo, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, wall repair, subfloor preparation, installation of molding or trim not purchased through LL, structural needs, painting, disposal of removed products, etc.; unless specified on the sales order. LLs’ installers are not authorized to provide services not included on sales orders, and LL is not responsible for any unauthorized services provided by installers at customer’s request. Product removed during demo may be damaged. The condition of removed products is not guaranteed for reuse. The installation of products not purchased from LL is not included in the service. Installers will leave the job site in a broom-clean condition. Installation of flooring and related products will involve a construction process, leading to residual dust. Customers are responsible for draping or covering areas to help contain the dust, including covering HVAC intake/venting or shutting off the system. After completion of installation services, the customer who executed the sales order must be present to inspect the installation. A customer approval form must be signed to confirm satisfaction with the quality, fit and damage-free installation. LL reserves the right to inspect reported claims of defective products or installation services using third-party inspection firms.
Returns
Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. If LL installation services were used, installation materials, excluding flooring and moldings, can be returned to the store for credit with no restocking fee within 7 days after completion of the installation. To qualify for a return or an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Installed products cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom product orders cannot be modified after they have been placed. Additionally, custom products are not eligible for returns.
Close-out products and clearance products are sold AS-IS and may not be returned to the store for a refund. Please note that Lumber Liquidators Installation services are not available for these products.
Orders for custom products, close-out, and clearance products are sold AS-IS and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. A 25% restocking fee will be applied against product that has already shipped from our distribution center to the store. The restocking fee will be applied against any unused balance.
Refunds
Refunds
Purchases made with cash or check will be refunded by check within 2 – 4 weeks. For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used on the sales order.
Warranties

Lumber Liquidators offers various warranties based on the type of product. To learn more about our warranties, please visit our website at https://lumberliquidators.com/pages/warranty. Warranty terms do not apply to close-out or AS-IS products, and if the product description expressly states, “No Warranty.” Claims or concerns should be reported as soon as they are discovered.
