Why use our Home Delivery contractors?


Flooring products and accessories can be oversized, heavy, and extremely difficult to maneuver. Lumber Liquidators provides turnkey delivery services for you. As our customer, you receive full-service delivery into your home with debris removed.

Lumber Liquidators' deliveries may be done in a wide variety of vehicles depending upon services selected. At times, a 26+ ft. delivery box truck may be used, or even up to a 53’ tractor trailer. Delivery drivers need a paved, flat accessible area for their trucks and delivery equipment. If you need special attention, do not hesitate to call one of our local stores with questions.

 

White Glove Delivery

For customers that prefer to have their order delivered directly, there's White Glove Delivery – our highest-level of Lumber Liquidators service. This choice includes delivery of your flooring and accessories into two rooms of your choosing, as well as all clean-up of shipping materials and debris. Please note that in-home delivery requires a clear, safe and easily-accessible walkway to provide service to your preferred location. Our team will also need access to a large, clear area (two rooms worth) to properly and safely disperse your materials according to total weight. From safe transportation to in-home temperature acclimation before installation, White Glove Delivery represents the next level in flooring delivery.

Select “store pick-up” and choose the store closest to you.

Your local store will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up.
If there is any change in available curbside assistance due to safety concerns, your store will contact you to discuss options.


Visit your store’s warehouse typically in the rear of the building.
Our associates will bring your order to your vehicle. Remember to bring your ID and credit card to pick up your order.


Store Pickup is available 1 - 15 days after you place your order.


*$249 rate applies to deliveries within 50 miles of your shipping location and less than 5,000 lbs. $249 rate does not include tolls, ferry charges, etc; these will be billed in addition to the $249 rate. Please see store associate, or contact Customer Care customercare@lumliq.com, for orders greater than 50 miles or more than 5,000 lbs. Home Delivery as local ordinance allows.
