CoreLuxe Milner Pass Oak is a high-performance vinyl plank flooring with the timeless look of oak and a stone polymer core for increased dimensional stability. The attached padding helps provide increased comfort, sound reduction, and insulation. It can also help mask any minor defects in your subfloor. This flooring is suitable for installation over most flat, level, or hard surfaces.

This well-constructed vinyl plank can withstand daily household traffic and support heavy furniture or gym equipment. It's ideal for any area or level in your house, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Maintenance is a breeze with this easy-to-care-for vinyl flooring that is both waterproof and stain-resistant.

For busy areas, regular weekly cleaning should keep your floors like new—all you need is a broom, vacuum, or microfiber mop. When spills happen, wipe them up as soon as possible to avoid stuck-on or hard-to-clean messes. Mopping with soap and water or LL Flooring's cleaner made for vinyl floors will give them a sparkling deep clean. Area rugs and doormats will also help keep doorways and common areas free from debris.

Underlayment

QuietWalk Max, EcoSilencer Max, & QuietWalk Versa underlayments are recommended for use under Vinyl flooring. QuietBoard underlayment is also recommended with the use of our waterproof Underlayment Seal Tape on the seams to maintain the warranty. These quality underlayments help smooth out minor subfloor imperfections, provide moisture protection over wood subfloors or concrete (Class 1 vapor protection or 6mil Poly attached), and have added insulation and sound control properties.

This floor is waterproof, however, moisture intrusions from concrete via hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or plumbing leaks, along with high levels of alkalinity, can affect floor coverings over time.

Moisture can also be trapped below the flooring and create mildew or mold.
