Palm-lined streets, breezy backdrops, and a life lived a laid-back pace—our Loma Vista Oak vinyl plank flooring captures this carefree essence, with a neutral brown hue and authentic oak wood grain that radiate serenity and calm. It’s a kind of understated elegance that can complement a wide variety of interior design styles—from coastal chic to bohemian bungalow—and it will help infuse your space with a refined ambiance that is simultaneously modern and timeless.

DIY-ers will love how simple our click install makes it to lay these planks. This floor comes with a high-density, pre-attached pad that will help to dampen sound. For increased sound reduction and comfort, you could also consider installing an additional underlayment. It's safe to lay these planks over radiant heat, as long as they do not come into direct contact with the heat source. Vinyl flooring is easy to maintain and clean, making it a worry-free choice if you have kids and pets. We suggest Bellawood Floor Cleaner to keep your floors looking their best; with regular maintenance, they’ll stay beautiful for the duration of their lifetime.

In support of healthy home environments. Tranquility and CoreLuxe vinyl flooring are phthalate-safe.

Underlayment

QuietWalk Max, EcoSilencer Max, & QuietWalk Versa underlayments are recommended for use under Vinyl flooring. QuietBoard underlayment is also recommended with the use of our waterproof Underlayment Seal Tape on the seams to maintain the warranty. These quality underlayments help smooth out minor subfloor imperfections, provide moisture protection over wood subfloors or concrete (Class 1 vapor protection or 6mil Poly attached), and have added insulation and sound control properties.

This floor is waterproof, however, moisture intrusions from concrete via hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or plumbing leaks, along with high levels of alkalinity, can affect floor coverings over time.

Moisture can also be trapped below the flooring and create mildew or mold.
