The soft tan hue of our Sanderling Oak vinyl flooring emulates the grainy shores its namesake calls home. This floor will feel right at home in all manner of coastal interior design schemes, juxtaposed with delicate beach décor and tints of blue and white. No need to feel locked in to the seaside style, however, as the look of this versatile vinyl floor goes just as well with modern biophilic interiors, rustic cottage replicas, and just about any other aesthetic that highlights the splendor of Mother Nature.

DIY-ers will love how simple our click install makes it to lay these planks. This floor comes with a high-density, pre-attached pad that will help to dampen sound. For increased sound reduction and comfort, you could also consider installing an additional underlayment. It's safe to lay these planks over radiant heat, as long as they do not come into direct contact with the heat source. Vinyl flooring is easy to maintain and clean, making it a worry-free choice if you have kids and pets. We suggest Bellawood Floor Cleaner to keep your floors looking their best; with regular maintenance, they’ll stay beautiful for the duration of their lifetime.

In support of healthy home environments. Tranquility and CoreLuxe vinyl flooring are phthalate-safe.

Underlayment
QuietWalk MaxQuietWalk Versa  underlayments are recommended for use under Vinyl flooring. These quality underlayments helps smooth out minor subfloor imperfections, provide moisture protection over wood subfloors and have added insulation and sound control properties.

For installations over concrete QuietBoard underlayment is also recommended but have moisture limits and will require an 6 mil polyethylene moisture barrier.

This floor is waterproof, however, moisture intrusions from concrete via hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or plumbing leaks, along with high levels of alkalinity, can affect floor coverings over time.

Moisture can also be trapped below the flooring and create mildew or mold.
