This flooring is made from Hevea, one of the hardest species of wood, meaning it's more resistant to problems like warping and cracking. As long as you properly maintain the flooring with sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning with Bellawood Floor Cleaner, it should look beautiful for years to come. 

Install this flooring over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface. We also recommend using an underlayment and moisture barrier underneath the flooring for best results. Some DIYers with experience may install the flooring, but it's preferred to let professionals do the installation using glue and nails. This flooring is backed by a limited 50-year warranty.
